What you’re getting from this newsletter is a series of topics being discussed in depth on how to increase your body & mind’s performance to the most elite level you can. (From young men to old women topics of value will be covered with great detail)
Information in each main post will be high density + powerful and will provide steps for how a person in different situations can take steps to implement a method or tactic to improve their training, health, or mindset and wellbeing.
By utilizing my knowledge and experience of success and failures I hope this blog can give to you what it’s content has given to me, my friends, my family, and my clientele. A stronger, faster, more resilient and healthy body with mental tools for problem solving and adapting.
Here’s how this works:
Every week on Monday I will be posting informational content on training methods, techniques, programming styles, and other useful content with actionable advice on how this relates to *actually* helping you.
On Thursday I will be posting a Q&A for general questions about fitness and skill/athletic training. Answers will be given throughout the day and into the weekend. Answers requiring specialized coaching or very niche information & care may be directed to further products/services if necessary but all general and clear cut questions will be answered until Sunday afternoon.
You will also, of course, have access to all free content but also gain the freedom to interact in the discussion on the variety of free content added every other week from MMA/sport coverage to philosophy musings and even some community troll posts.
