Rules:
Ask anything you’d like - Questions about this week’s curriculum, any previous posts, future requests for info and topics (we are going to cover almost everything you can ever think of but will prioritize something if you guys need it).
Questions about your current training issues, workouts, injuries, health, etc. are all encouraged - asking about workouts you have or need advice on is what I’m here for so use this as much as you can.
All questions will be addressed through tonight and Sunday.
HOWEVER - please feel free to ask whatever you want about the subject below. Willing to advise you on any of your current training concerns!
Tonight we are just gonna go over technical details of last weekends UFC event. Will be talking about the technical aspects of Israel Adesanya v Rob Whitaker. Join in at 7:30 if you like - will be recorded.

My left leg is slightly longer than my right, and I think this gives me knee pain. Should I add an insole to my right shoes, or would this make any potential hip alignment issues that might be causing the longer left leg to get worse?
