Taking Requests for Next Month of Posts
I have a variety of essays and topics lined up - but you can all let me know what topics you want to read about first and I’ll release them sooner
We are getting close to finishing up a couple “fundamentals” posts - after that I have a wide variety of topics I am going to cover + essays already written.
However I want to ask you guys if anything in particular strikes you or is something you want an in-depth essay on.
Please comment below any requests for topics or preferences

Fascia training - HUGE component of elite athleticism that has helped me a ton
How to program strength along with sport training and a busy schedule
Unique tactics for developing coordination and physical skills
Training for tactical athletes
Training for punching/kicking power
How to spar/scrimmage appropriately
Ankle strength & wrist/grip strength and it’s importance to all activities
Neck training and it’s secret benefits (besides neck strength and aesthetics)
How to use kicks better in a fight - useful on street OR gym
List of the ONLY real reasons you aren’t building muscle mass (and how to fix)

There is genuinely a lot more than that - not to mention a lot of free posts we have lined up too - but these are likely the ones that will come out sooner rather than later.
However, take this opportunity to make a request from this list OR your own idea and I promise I will cover it.
