This is a small glossary of important knowledge for utilizing any programs on this substack - it will be linked in some programs for ease of use
Program Terminology (IMPORTANT):
ROM - Range of Motion; this is very important in this program and no exercise should sacrifice range for weight added. Range of motion is king and provides a standard for measuring true progress.
Tempo - The speed the exercise is moved at. It refers to the eccentric, isometric, and concentric portions of a movement.
