Just wanted insights on the less spoken topics like ways to deal with costochondritis and similar conditions where inner chest musculoskeletal pain combined with rhomboid and scapular nagging pain. How does one with deal with and strengthen it ? Also linking to the question below, how to deal with hip impingement from squatting ? Many thanks !
