What you’re getting from this newsletter is a series of topics being discussed in depth on how to increase your body & mind’s performance to the most elite level you can. The average modern citizen is getting increasingly fat, weak, and aging terribly. Their joints are degrading, their body will begin to fail them, and they do not have the tools or will to change that.

However, here at HYBRID TRAINING, this isn’t true by any stretch of the imagination. With over 13 years of experience in training multiple different disciplines anti-aging, joint repair, muscle gain, fat loss, martial-arts, athletic performance & optimization is our specialty. With hundreds of success stories created in person - We are now bringing you our expertise, unique skillset and special knowledge to the web.

By utilizing my knowledge and experience of the keys to success & failure in physical training between resistance training to martial arts and field sports, I hope this blog can give to you what it’s content has given to me, my friends, my family, and my clientele. A stronger, faster, more resilient and healthy body with mental tools for problem solving and adapting.

Whether you are a young man/woman looking to get in shape, a rising athletic talent, or a former athlete or adult that wants to help reverse their unnecessary aging process and regain the capacity of their youth, there is something powerful here for you that I struggled to find elsewhere in the gimmick filled fitness industry.

Here you will find no fads, and no fluffy information sold to middle class soccer moms. Only research-based and/or experienced empirical advice with actionable steps for anyone to improve their body and upgrade what their parents or god have given them.

Here’s how this works:

Every week on I will be posting informational content on training methods, techniques, programming styles, and other useful content with actionable advice on how this relates to *actually* helping you.

I will be be available here & on Twitter for personal Q&A for general questions about fitness and skill/athletic training. Answers will be given throughout the day and into the weekend. Answers requiring specialized coaching or very niche information & care may be directed to further products if necessary but all general and clear cut questions will be answered until Sunday afternoon.

Various other posts will be put up twice (or more) a month involving mixed martial arts coverage and analysis as well as other paid/unpaid bonus posts based on customer requests outside of the main curriculum.
